This book provides a quick review over maladaptive behaviors due to trauma, suggestions to manage anger and other behaviors that will arise during the time of working with various mental health clients. The Mental Health field can be very overwhelming, stressful, and sometimes stifling the workers creativity to generate group interactions that are beneficial to the treatment of the client due to the repeated challenges of manipulative and aggressive behaviors that arise.
I want my writing will assist others in becoming better able to recognize their clients’ behaviors in order to avoid explosive unnecessary anger. We all have triggers that spur anger in us from time to time and there are helpful suggestions in Sudden Anger to help manage this challenge for clients and yourself.
