Lost Password Reset
If you have lost your password, you can reset your password by entering the email associated with your membership. An email will be sent to you where you can reset your password.
Please note; if you have attempted to log in more than 3 times with the wrong password, the security software will prevent you from logging in. Suppose you later find the correct login credentials. In that case, you will have to wait 20 minutes before you can attempt to log in using the correct credentials.
However, if you wish to reset your password, there is no waiting period. You do not have to wait 20 minutes.
